The Division of Biostatistics of the Medical College of Wisconsin offers a PhD Program as well as comprehensive statistical consulting, computing and data entry services for clients within the Medical College, and from other academic institutions, government agencies and private industry. The Division of Biostatistics has state of the art statistical software packages and computing facilities.

History

The Division of Biostatistics was formed in 1993 as one of three divisions of the Department of Population Health, formerly named the Health Policy Institute.  At that time the division consisted of Professor John Klein as director who came to the Medical College of Wisconsin from the Ohio State University.
