The Department is excited to return to the American Club Resort Hotel in Kohler, Wisconsin for Best Evidence ENT 2024.

 The conference will address key strategies for integrative health and wellness for patients and clinicians in defined sessions and will offer up to 13.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Registration includes CME certification and admission to the conference reception on Sunday, refreshment breaks all three days of the conference, and box lunches on Monday and Tuesday. Payment is due at the time of registration.

$450 before June 1 and $550 on or after June 1.

The registration fee for Nurses, Physician Assistants, and other healthcare providers is:

$350 registration before June 1 and $450 on or after June 1.

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) uses EthosCE, to assist in registration and accreditation of continuing medical education events. The conference is worth a total of 13.25 CME credits and all credit must be claimed in EthosCE no later than September 1, 2024.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellation will be made if requested in writing before June 28, minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after June 28. The Department of Otolaryngology and Medical College of Wisconsin reserve the right to alter or cancel this conference if necessary.

Accommodations & Activities

The conference will be held July 28 - 30 at the American Club, a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Resort Hotel located in Kohler, just one hour north of Milwaukee, one hour south of Green Bay, and two hours north of Chicago. Endless activities exist in Kohler for guests of all ages and dining options are plentiful!

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at The American Club and the Inn on Woodlake.

Rates are $399 for a guestroom at The American Club and $288 for a guestroom at the Inn on Woodlake. Prices do not include tax or resort fee.

Discounted rates are available until June 27 at 5 p.m. central time. Room rates are available three days prior/post conference based on availability.

Golf

Because of the distinction of the golf courses in Kohler, it is recommended that tee times be made in advance. Limited times have been reserved for conference attendees on Monday afternoon, July 29, at Whistling Straits (Straits and Irish courses), and the River Course at Blackwolf Run.
