Giving Feedback for Faculty (PDF) is a PowerPoint presentation meant to be a brief review for you of highlights of how to give successful feedback to learners, whether students, residents, or fellows. Many faculty would like to give better feedback but feel they don't know how (or maybe don't even realize they don't know how) and none of us have a lot of spare time to work on this because we're already busy as it is.
I produced the attached presentation by combining, editing and modifying some wonderful modules originally put together by the MCWAH Residents as Educators Committee, so my thanks and credit to them. I wanted to make something very brief and focused for faculty. I hope you find it useful in improving your teaching and evaluation of our housestaff and students. – Mike Frank
