  • 79 Accredited Programs
  • 36 Formal Fellowship Programs in Subspecialities for Which No Current ACGME Accreditation Exists 

Examples include: Transplant Nephrology, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery and Obstetric Anesthesiology

Affiliated Hospitals, Inc. (MCWAH)

The Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals (MCWAH) was established in 1980 to facilitate the administration of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs conducted jointly by the Medical College of Wisconsin and 10 health care institutions in the greater Milwaukee area. MCWAH also has institutional oversight for the residency and fellowship training programs accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
