Human Research Professionals Meeting

The program is usually held the last Tuesday of the month.  The research presentations are open to all research faculty and staff.  Attendees are welcome to bring their lunch.  A beverage and dessert are provided. 

Beginning January 2014 registration for this and all other Human Research Protection Grand Rounds course presentations must be filed in EthosCE.

Real-time IRB Experiment: Reducing the Time from Review to Research

  • Provide attendees with an overview of the Real-time IRB process and pilot to date
  • Provide attendees with the opportunity to hear expectations of studies that are routed to the Real-time IRB system from the perspective of an IRB Chair
  • Prepare attendees for future participation in the Real-time IRB process by providing insight from their peers who have already experienced the process
