HPI: Pt. is a 2 1/2 year old Caucasian girl who presents to the Emergency department after falling from bed at 4:30 a.m. and landing on a glass nightstand which shattered on impact. Mom checked her and found no bruises or bleeding. The next morning mom noticed Pt. rubbing her right eye several times. At presentation, she is alert and playful.
