After receiving his MD degree from Dartmouth Medical School, Dr. Rubin completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and fellowship in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He currently serves as Associate Director of Medical Services for Milwaukee County EMS. In addition he is a Physician Champion in the Office of Clinical Informatics. He has been active in the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine and the National Association of EMS Physicians.
