The MCW Pharmacy School will prepare you to become the pharmacist of the future, fulfilling the increasing demand for pharmacists capable of providing a broader range of patient care services. As one of the few pharmacy schools in the country offering a three-year Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree located on an academic medical center, MCW’s Pharmacy School will provide you with the experience you need to be an innovator and an advocate for providing greater access to primary and preventative care for patients. You’ll gain early and extensive exposure to a variety of clinical settings and world-class research across a range of specialties.

This event on Saturday, February 21 features a Q&A with current PharmD students, campus tour and 3-year accelerated PharmD curriculum overview. Loved ones are welcome to attend with you.

Scholarship opportunity: Students who attend Discovery Day and submit their application for the 2026-2027 school year will receive a $1,000 scholarship. You must submit your application via PharmCAS by Monday, March 9 to be eligible for this offer.

The White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2028 marked the official transition from student to student pharmacist. Following the rite of passage at the start of the second session, students participate in weekly clinical rotations every Friday.

Record Number of Applicants for Third Year of MCW Pre-Pharmacy Scholars Program

The MCW School of Pharmacy’s third annual Pre-Pharmacy Scholars Program has expanded to include both high school and college participants. The program saw a record number of 124 applicants this year, with 25 scholars accepted.
