Brief Biographical Information
I grew up in the Seattle area where I also completed my undergraduate education at the University of Washington. I was involved in basic science research in the ophthalmology department during my undergraduate years and worked as an ophthalmic technician following college. The AOIP interested me as it brings an interesting balance of the research and clinical aspects of ophthalmology, tying together my previous experiences.
