Biography
Dr. John's program of research centers on HIV and STI prevention using a bio-behavioral research strategy with racial/ethnic, sexual, and gender minority populations. He is particularly interested in research related to PrEP uptake and persistence, HIV self-testing, patient-delivered partner STI therapy, mHealth strategies for HIV prevention, and understanding the intersection of drug use and HIV transmission.
