My teaching philosophy revolves around practical and logistical application of academic material to the patient. While I understand the foundation and fundamentals of academic learning, I find it valuable to apply textbook material to the realities of direct patient contact. I engage students to understand the rationale behind all aspects of the medical continuum and not focus only on medicines.
