Duration
This is a 12-month, full-time residency beginning annually the last week of June. Time will be split between two Walgreens Specialty Pharmacists and one retail Walgreens in the Milwaukee, WI area.

Combines executive leadership development with continuous quality improvement (CQI) principles to support pharmacy strategy, enhance performance, and improve patient outcomes.
Practice Advancement
Focus on designing and executing a structured research initiative, analyzing outcomes, and developing sustainable strategies based on project findings.
Walgreens Support Center: Enterprise Pharmacy Practice
Exposure to Pharmacy Affairs, Professional Practices, Accreditation and Documentation Practices, Health Services, Postgraduate Education, Office of Clinical Integrity
