Periocular Skin Malignancies: Recognition, Management, and Challenges in Uncommon and Aggressive Carcinomas

This talk will provide an overview of clinical recognition and management principles for periocular skin cancers, followed by a case-based discussion on uncommon and more aggressive tumors such as adenoid basal cell, sebaceous cell and microcystic adnexal carcinoma. Through illustrative cases, we will review diagnostic pitfalls, multidisciplinary management strategies, and reconstructive challenges unique to these entities.
