Biography
Dr. D'Souza won the Zimmerman Award in 2010 as a resident while at William Beaumont Hospital for outstanding clinical judgment, leadership and integrity. She has worked at Froedtert & MCW since 2013. In 2019, she received The Daniel McCarty Award for Research Excellence from the Department of Medicine, MCW and the 2019 Rising Pioneer Award from MCW Women in Science. Dr. D’Souza is passionate about education and regularly volunteers her time in community engagement through multiple myeloma and amyloidosis support groups.
