Biography

Dr. Kothari is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Surgical Oncology, Department of Surgery and a member of the Collaborative for Healthcare Delivery Science at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He grew up in Manitowoc, WI and received his M.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Dr. Kothari completed his General Surgery training at Loyola University Medical Center and fellowship in Complex General Surgical Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Kothari's clinical expertise in in upper gastrointestinal cancer with a focus on advanced cancers of the GI tract.

Dr. Kothari is an active researcher with a focus on applying advanced analytic methods to improve personalized patient care.
