Governor's Proclamation on Alcohol Awareness Month
Proclamation which includes information about Wisconsin's alcohol-induce death rate, that excessive alcohol use can be a major factor in violence, motor vehicle crashes and suicide and that Wisconsin consumes alcohol at a higher rate that other states.
