Biography

Dr. Bauer is from Brookfield, Wisconsin and trained close to home at the Medical College of Wisconsin for psychiatry residency and psychosomatic fellowship. She graduated from fellowship in 2018. Since then she has worked part time as faculty on the Froedtert Hospital inpatient psychiatry consult service. In 2019 she took over as the Director of the Inpatient Psychiatry Consult Service. She enjoys the diversity and collaborative approach of academic inpatient consult work. She also finds joy in residency education and serves as the Director of the residency rotation at Froedtert.
