Biography
Frank Sutton, MPH, CPH, is a Certified Public Health professional and epidemiologist with nearly 20 years of experience advancing health equity across rural and metropolitan areas in five states.
A 2015 graduate of the University of Toledo with an MPH in Epidemiology and Global Health, Frank specializes in community-centered design for community resilience, data storytelling, and public health literacy. His current work as a principal investigator at the EquiNova Collective, addresses the social drivers of health for Southern Arkansans and strengthens patient-provider engagement by translating complex data into plain, actionable language for better health outcomes.
Over his career, he has led vital initiatives in emergency preparedness, pandemic response, chronic disease management, and community health worker development to build resilient, thriving communities. Outside of his professional dedication to health equity, Frank enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Dr. Gina Clarke Sutton, to experience new cultures, traditions, and cuisines.
