Biography
Jazzmyne Adams, DrPH, MPH is Program Director II for the CAREScan Mobile Screening Center of Excellence, a multi-year initiative advancing mobile cancer screening, imaging, and community-based research across Wisconsin. In this role, she leads program strategy, operations, partnerships, and long-term sustainability for a portfolio of mobile health assets designed to expand access to preventive and diagnostic services. Dr. Adams’ work focuses on community-engaged implementation, decentralized care delivery models, and the integration of clinical services, research, and workforce development. She collaborates extensively with academic investigators, community health centers, industry partners, and public agencies to operationalize innovative screening and imaging programs in real-world settings. Prior to CAREScan, Dr. Adams led the OTO Clinomics Research Platform within the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In that role, she supported outcomes-focused, data-driven research spanning clinical informatics, health services research, and translational analytics, with an emphasis on building scalable research infrastructure and advancing interdisciplinary collaboration. She holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Health Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University. Her professional interests include cancer screening delivery systems, mobile and community-based care models, health services research, and translating complex initiatives into sustainable, community-responsive programs. At the Institute for Health & Humanity, Dr. Adams brings a practice-oriented perspective grounded in implementation, partnership development, and the application of health systems innovation to improve population health.
