Biography

After 30 years of distinguished service, Dr John Meurer retired from MCW in June 2025. As an emeritus professor, he continues to mentor a dozen MD, PhD and DrPH students in career development and research projects, particularly with STRYV365. He is a founding member of the MCW Center for Sustainability, Health and the Environment and is a board member of Healthy Climate Wisconsin.
