Biography
Rachel brings extensive experience in mental health treatment, substance use counseling, youth and family services, program development, and managed care. Her work reflects a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families through coordinated, person-centered care approaches. She is a U.S. Army veteran, and her service continues to shape her disciplined, mission driven approach to clinical practice and community engagement.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her professional interests include reducing behavioral health disparities, expanding access to quality care, and developing community-centered interventions that foster resilience, recovery, and long-term wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and watching true crime documentaries.
