Biography

Dr. Eapen received her MBBS from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, in 1987. She completed a pediatric residency in 1997. In 2000, Dr. Eapen completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology/blood and bone marrow transplant and a MS in Clinical Research at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Research Interests

Mary Eapen, MD, MS, is Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Senior Scientific Director - Research, Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research. Her research focuses on the use of graft sources other than bone marrow for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation for acute leukemia and marrow failure disorders.
