Nada Botros

Nada Botros is a medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience in the Biology Allied Field from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. While studying at Northwestern, she conducted research under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Dombeck, MD in the Department of Neurobiology, exploring the role of the medial entorhinal cortex in internal timing mechanisms. She earned her Master of Arts in Medical Sciences from Loyola University Chicago.

Nada is eager to explore how applications of neuroplasticity can aid in the rehabilitation of patients with impaired motor function. She aspires to translate this understanding to the development of novel treatments and surgical techniques in her practice as physician-scientist.
