Biography

Dr. North is Professor of Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin with a secondary appointment in the MCW Institute for Health and Society. Her primary clinical service responsibilities are in the Division of Pediatric Pathology at Children's Wisconsin. She currently serves as Department Chief for the Children's Medical and Dental Staff in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. She founded and continues as Scientific Director of the Children's Research Institute Histology Core, a state-of-the-art research-supportive facility that has continually offered a wide range of histology services and Pathology expertise to investigators at MCW and its affiliated institutions since 2006. Dr. North's research program and anatomic clinical practice is most focused in the areas of vascular anomalies and global environmental health.
