Biography

Danver has over four years of experience supporting Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs, with a focus on resident administration, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. She provides comprehensive support to our PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents, coordinating key aspects including recruitment activities, evaluation management, graduation, ABP, ITE, Reports, Retreats, Workhour and Timeoff tracking, program letter of agreement, certificates, and licensure supporting.

She works closely with program director, associate directors, chiefs and other MedED team members, residents, and institutional partners to maintain accurate documentation and support efficient program operations throughout the academic year.

She is currently pursuing the Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification and is committed to advancing her knowledge of accreditation standards and best practices in GME program administration.
