Biography

C. Greer Jordan, PhD, MBA, BSEE, is an institutional leader and associate professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) whose work focuses on fostering cross-sector partnerships and organizational systems that advance health for all.

As Vice President of Anchor Partnerships, Dr. Jordan leads strategies that strengthen economic vitality, workforce pipelines and pathways, and community collaboration. Dr. Jordan’s leadership includes serving as principal investigator or key contributor on multi-year regional and national projects aimed at strengthening the health and academic research workforce, expanding career pathways, and developing collaborative approaches that connect academic medicine with community priorities. This work includes projects funded by the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment and the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Jordan’s practice and scholarship examine how institutions can support conditions that promote health, reduce healthcare costs, and function as effective, thriving organizations. Publications include peer-reviewed studies in Academic Medicine, the Journal of Advanced Nursing, and other outlets.

Dr. Jordan's recent service includes the Milwaukee Anchor Collaborative Advisory Board, United Performing Arts Fund Board, the Editorial Board of the Wisconsin Medical Journal, the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Engineering Advisory Board, and the Milwaukee Rotary.

Dr. Jordan's career has spanned engineering, business, organizational consulting, and academic medicine. Guided by strong values and a desire for everyone to achieve their best health. Dr. Jordan brings a multidisciplinary perspective to institutional innovation that fosters flourishing across Wisconsin and beyond.
