Research Interests

Dr. Walsh is a developmental psychologist and statistician with multiple lines of research related to HIV prevention and treatment, including projects investigating longitudinal changes in PrEP use and adherence among young Black men who have sex with men and evaluating remote interventions to improve HIV health outcomes and quality of life for rural older people living with HIV. Dr. Walsh has also fulfilled a primary analytic role for multiple NIH-funded randomized controlled trials and survey projects.
