Desirae serves as an Implementation Partner at the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN), where she manages strategic partnerships with medical schools across the country to promote character, caring, and human flourishing.
Desirae’s public health career also includes roles in research, program management, and international development, with experience in tobacco policy evaluation, sexual and reproductive health education in Uganda, and civic engagement programming. Passionate about health equity, Desirae’s work is grounded in building sustainable pathways between education, healthcare, and community systems.
Desirae is originally from New York City, but currently resides in Milwaukee, WI. Outside of work she enjoys exploring local art and photography and is passionate about the use of art for social advocacy and community connection. Additionally, Desirae is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and engages in local service initiatives that align with her commitment to community impact and equity.
