Valerie is a former psychiatric nurse practitioner, Army veteran, and accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in mental health care, strategic operations, and organizational management. She holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and will soon begin her PhD in Public Health at the Medical College of Wisconsin. A former U.S. Army Nurse Corps officer, Valerie’s career spans clinical practice, risk management, and executive-level program development, with a proven record of improving patient outcomes, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-functional initiatives. Today, she leverages her medical expertise, military discipline, and business acumen to provide strategic consulting for healthcare organizations, guiding operational improvements, growth strategies, and system-wide transformations.
