Biography

Bob Sander practiced family medicine including obstetrics for 38 years until 2017, the last 10 years in Stevens Point. Although he was always office based, his practice at various times also included university student healthcare, occupational medicine, and urgent care. Bob was a faculty member at the Waukesha Family Practice Residency in association with MCW from 1992 to 2006. He rejoined MCW in 2016 as a part-time clinical faculty member assisting with the M1 and M2 curriculum. Bob enjoys many outside activities including biking, kayaking, sailing, hiking, and cross-country skiing as well as gardening at his rural home just north of Stevens Point.
