It is important to immerse the student into the learning process in a way that will allow them to become engaged, inquisitive, and reflective learners. This is particularly true in pharmacy education. As the profession continues to evolve, so must the way pharmacy students are educated. Students can no longer afford to be the passive recipients of knowledge. They must be able to process knowledge, apply advanced levels of critical thinking, and master skills that are critical to the overall health of their patients.
