Biography

Dr. Kaitlin Ledvina staffs as an inpatient clinical pharmacist primarily with the solid organ transplant service at Froedtert Hospital. She earned her PharmD from MCW School of Pharmacy in 2023. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Froedtert Health and a PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at UW Health. Her experience with transplant infectious diseases teams during residency training fostered a passion for this sub-specialty. Her professional interests include management and prevention of infectious diseases in immunocompromised patients, critically ill patients, and optimization of antimicrobial dosing.
