Biography

Madison Grahl, PharmD, joined the MCW Pharmacy School in April 2026.

She earned her PharmD from Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI. Dr. Grahl's post graduate training included a PGY-1 Acute Care Pharmacy Residency at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital followed by a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Residency at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. During this time, she completed the Medical College of Wisconsin Teaching Certificate Program and the Research Certificate Program through Froedtert Hospital.

After residency she stayed on at Froedtert Hospital as an acute care pharmacist with a focus in medicine, transplant and infectious diseases. Her clinical and research interests include infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, and addiction and pain management.
