Updates in Hospital Medicine 2026

This conference has been designed to provide the latest information on current issues concerning hospitalist medicine. This course will provide clinically relevant information to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic skills in the hospitalist setting.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Identify current best practice evidence-based guidelines for management of systolic and diastolic heart failure, where to find updates, and strategies to prevent readmission.
  • Describe current best practice evidence-based guidelines for management of alcohol withdrawal, where to find updates, and strategies to prevent readmission.
  • Identify current best practice evidence-based guidelines for management of sepsis, where to find updates, and strategies to prevent further decompensation and transfer to the intensive care unit.
