Biography

I moved from Brazil at a young age to New York with my family, where early experiences shaped my passion for medicine and whole-person care. I earned my medical degree from the Technion American Medical School in Israel, where I received a strong foundation in global and evidence-based medicine.

I completed my residency in family medicine at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, WI, where I developed a broad, patient-centered approach focused on prevention, continuity of care, and long-term wellness. I then completed a fellowship in sleep nedicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, deepening my understanding of the critical role sleep plays in overall health.

With a background in both family and sleep medicine, I take a comprehensive approach to care that considers the full context of each patient’s life—including lifestyle, chronic conditions, and sleep quality. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships through clear communication, active listening, and shared decision-making.

I am married and have three children, which deepens my appreciation for the challenges families face in maintaining health and balance. My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health, while delivering care that is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in the latest medical evidence.
