Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Desai’s clinical interests include acute medical issues and inpatient hospital medicine. His recent research projects have investigated adenovirus in kidney transplant patients and improving the care of patients suffering from cirrhosis (scarring due to chronic liver damage).
