He received his advanced spine surgery training at the UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center, focusing on conservative and surgical treatment options for spinal disorders. He believes strongly in the avoidance of surgery when possible, but will not delay offering surgical treatments when appropriate for his patients.

His clinical interests include the surgical treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar degenerative disorders, disk herniation, scoliosis/deformity, tumors, and trauma. He utilizes traditional open and minimally invasive techniques in order to provide his patients with the most reliable, long-term surgical outcomes.

Dr. Rebholz has published several articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals of Orthopaedic and spinal surgery. He has also contributed as an author on several chapters in various textbooks of spinal surgery.
