Biochemistry Graduate Student Presents Poster at Dr. Samuel M. Nabrit Conference for Early Career Scholars

Olamilekan George, Biochemistry graduate student in Dr. Joshua Muia's Lab, presented a research poster at the Seventh Annual Dr. Samuel M. Nabrit Conference for Early Career Scholars (June 5-6, 2025) at Brown University. The conference highlighted the research achievements of outstanding molecular life scientists who have made significant contributions to advancing the representation of historically underrepresented groups in science and medicine. It also allowed for public engagement and career development strategies along with resilience building.

The poster was selected for presentation from a group of submitted abstracts.

The poster focused on identifying the protein partners that interact with Proatherogenic Metalloprotease ADAMTS7.
