Research Interests

My research focuses on the molecular pharmacology and signaling of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), with an emphasis on serotonergic receptors implicated in neuropsychiatric and metabolic disorders. I use cell-based biosensor assays and structure-guided approaches to investigate receptor signaling complexity, biased agonism, and mechanisms underlying therapeutic drug action.
