Biography

Lexi is a healthcare analytics leader with over 15 years of experience transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategy, enhance operations, and inform clinical decision-making. She is passionate about creating analytics organizations that are not only technically excellent but also user-focused, scalable, and fun to work in. At MCW she has led analytics and biostatistics teams across research, academic medicine, and global data collaboratives. She has overseen statistical operations for one of the world's most impactful transplant and cellular therapy registries.
