Biography
Jamie Harriman is an associate professor in the Institute for Health & Humanity and co-director of the Master of Science in Genetic Counseling program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. A certified genetic counselor since 2019, she has extensive clinical experience across adult oncology and prenatal care. In her role, she supervises students during practicum rotations and teaches graduate courses, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world patient experiences. Recognized for her dedication to education, she holds an OEI Educator Leadership Certificate and was previously named Teacher of the Year by the Graduate Student Association.
