NP Psychiatry and Mental Health Residency

The NP Psychiatry and Mental Health Residency is an immersive 12-month residency in mental health focusing on underserved populations in a community-based setting. It attracts NPs seeking a structured educational program to support and guide their development of proficient clinical decision making and their application of specialized skills in the care of the mentally ill patients through in-person didactics and mentored clinical experiences. This program is a Certificate Program in partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin and UW-Milwaukee College of Nursing.
