Dr. Samantha Czerniak Named Pediatric Optometry Instructor

Please join us in congratulating our former pediatric optometry fellow, Samantha Czerniak, OD, on accepting a position as clinical instructor with MCW. Dr. Czerniak will also treat pediatric optometry patients in our Children’s Wisconsin Fox Valley Clinic location.

Dr. Czerniak received her Bachelor of Science degree at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Most recently, she completed her fellowship in Pediatric Optometry at Children’s Wisconsin.

We are thrilled to have Dr. Czerniak join our faculty!
