Research Interests

Her research focuses on use deep learning-based (DL) innovations to accelerate and improve the processes of conventional and adaptive radiotherapy (ART). She has dedicated collaboration with various industrial partners, to develop and evaluate auto-segmentation tools across multiple imaging modalities and anatomical sites and to expedite MR guided online adaptive radiotherapy (MRgOART) by integrating multiple DL based solutions including synthetic CT. Currently, she is investigating DL solutions to streamline and implement MR only OART clinical workflows for prostate and abdominal cancers.
