Victoria Maloney, PA-C Each year the Wisconsin Academy of PAs (WAPA) has the privilege of recognizing one PA who demonstrates excellence within the profession through exceptional clinical care, participation in educating future healthcare professionals, and community engagement to optimize healthcare delivery.
