Clinical Program Coordinator

Biography

Arika Zompa started with MCW in September of 2021 as the clinical program coordinator for the Endocrinology and Rheumatology divisions.

Arika earned her bachelor's degree in 2013 from Alverno College and started a career in human resources focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and data analytics. Professionally, she is passionate about project management, creating and implementing processes for tasks, training, and continuous learning.

Outside of work, you can find Arika at a local coffee shop enjoying an iced latte while reading a good book. She also enjoys baking various sourdough bread and treats and traveling with her husband, Nick.
