Biography

Katie O’Brien joined MCW in June of 2025 as the Business Operations Coordinator for the Endocrinology and Rheumatology divisions.

Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from UW–Eau Claire and began her career in corporate recruiting. Over the past six years, she has worked closely with small businesses to develop strategic plans and build sustainable departments. Professionally, she is passionate about process improvement, sustainability, and continuous learning. Outside of work, Katie enjoys hiking, cooking, and live music, and loves exploring the outdoors with her husband, Bob, and their dog, Jet.
