Biography
I graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I competed in Cross Country and Track and Field there. I received my Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Carroll University in 2026. I worked on my thesis with Dr. Shackelford to see if Heart Rate Index is a better indicator for VO2 Max in cancer survivors when compared to a Graded Exercise Test. I presented my thesis at the ACSM conference in Utah this past May. In my free time, I like to exercise, run, cook, or read.
