Biography

I am a master’s student, currently conducting academic exchange at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). I joined the Sun lab as a Project Appointment Student in January 2025. My research focuses on CAR-T cell therapy for breast cancer, with an emphasis on enhancing its efficacy through combination strategies. Specifically, I am exploring the synergistic effects of CAR-T cells and oncolytic viruses to improve tumor targeting and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. My goal is to advance novel immunotherapy approaches for solid tumors. In the future, I hope to contribute to the development of more effective and accessible immunotherapies for solid tumors, bridging the gap between laboratory research and clinical application.
