Biography

Kathleen O’Connell earned her Bachelor of Art in Sociology from UW-Madison, her MSW at Loyola University-Chicago and a PhD in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch. Kathleen has been with the Medical College since 2007 and has worked in clinical research and community outreach initiatives that address cancer disparities. Kathleen is the program manager of the lab and oversees recruitment efforts, data collection, quality assurance, and regulatory adherence across all research projects. She has a background and interest in education and mentorship. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys kayaking, reading, and traveling to see her amazing daughters.
